Here is my first log on a 3rd gear pull. Boost is 8-9 psi per autometer gague tapped into intake manifold. Turbo is small 16g, stock FPR, MSD fuel pump (162 lph) and stock 450 injectors. I have no intercooler.
1) Does complete lack of knock mean my knock sensor does not work? It is old and drippy.
2) Why is the injector duty maxed? Air intake temp is 127 degrees F but that measurement would not change with an intercooler b/c it is taken at the MAF.
I hope I did not break anything running too lean.

You should be able to tap on the block with a hammer (not too hard) to get the ring you'd get from knock. See if that registers. If not maybe you could swap knock sensors?
Not sure about the duty cycle thing. What ECU are you using?

Getting the engine bolted in is about 10% of the way there.
The next 80% can go quickly with help and skill.
That last 10% takes about as long as the 90% that came before it.
