94 mm idle issue

Lately my idle goes super low if I take it out of gear while Iâ€™m moving. The idle gets so low my alternator stops charging until I have come to a complete stop and then the rpm kicks back up again. The alternator is brand new and the battery was 3 months old at most. Just curious if any one on here might have an idea of where I should start to look.
