Bill is a stand up guy. He has lots of projects on his plate and if you were neglected, I apologize on his behalf. It sucks you had a bad experience, it happens in every business, but don't go smearing someone's name through the mud over one experience. You can choose not to deal with him again, but many of us have had outstanding service and professionalism from him.
