Evo 1-3 head on evo 4-9 block?

Hi,

I'm new to the 4g63 engines and I've already read a lot about it, but i can't find out if it's possible to put a evo 1-3 head on a evo 4-9 block.
This because I want my turbo/exhaust on the passenger side in my lhd Starion.

So, someone who can confirm this?
