In part one of the saga I did:
bushings everywhere
ball joints
bilstien shocks
bed liner
eclipse bucket seats
new black carpet
dash painted black
montero sport rear end (lsd, disc brakes, etc)
montero sport 15" rims with bfg all A/T tires
6bolt 4g63t w/d50 trans
hydro clutch conversion
Those were the things I finished, but like any person that tinkers with shit I kept adding more work for myself. I started a dual piston caliper upgrade, volvo intercooler instead of the air/water setup, newer style front end bumper/grill etc. After so long I got tired and put the project aside for a bit. Well year and half later, Im back at it.
This is what the truck look like last time it was touched:

I pull the Mrs. 50 into the garage last week. I finished up my brake caliper upgrade. I'm running a rotor from a Suzuki of some sorts (from memory) with 92 stealth calipers. I still need to get stainless lines setup for them though.
I've also finished up the front end bumper conversion from a 94 max, still need to paint the currently paint chipped grill.
Now I'm working on charge pipes and the intake. Got a few parts on order that should get here later this week. I also need to hookup a pull slave back up. This past winter I slapped a turbo on my track car and in turn pulled some goodies off that truck. Like the aeromotive fpr and howie pull slave.
I shouldn't have too much more work to get the truck going again. I will post pics and more updates as I continue on my journey.
