Engine/trans combo

Post by spyderdrifter »

I'm new to this forum, but I'm no stranger to DSMs. My spyder's engine took a crap recently and I'm now planning the RWD swap. I'm wanting to do a 2.1 Destroker with hopefully a T56 trans. Would this be a decent combo, such as is that trans too much for the engine or what? Thanks.

2.1 destroker is the best way to go as far as the trans goes, the T 5 is smaller in size or you can use the TKO 500/600 on the same housing
