My name is Matthew Orth and I am currently in the process of getting my (foxubishi, mitsustang, stangubishi, ha whatever you wanna call it) on the road. Here are some pictures so far.

I plan on doing the exact same swap.

Car will be under 3000 lbs and with the aftermarket support of the Fox chassis... itll be a bitchin car.

Did you use bill's adapter and what trans?

Factory fox bodies weight about 3000 - 3100lbs so with gutting it and using tubular k member and stuff along that line you should be well under 3000. Yeah i used bill's plate which is amazing since i got an instruction video and every parts i needed. im using the turbo 350 chevy but he is making different plates for different trans i believe. good luck with the project!

Been waiting on someone to do this. I'm thinking of a street car like this. Looks great.

Very cool. How did you run your coolant lines? Did you put an air bleed on them?

I'v got one in my garage, it's still just a body, but it will be a street car.

Sorry to resurrect an old thread, new member looking for advise on a similar swap. I was hoping to get some info on where you mounted the engine mounts and if you had to fab them or were able to piece something together.
