I think you may have mistaken this site for a general rwd motor swap forum, but we're pretty exclusive to the 4G63 motor here. Not that we don't like other platforms, and haven't worked on them or built them, but it might take you quite a while to get specific answers here :?
As far as your questions, you need to find/get actual or at least rough engine and measurements to see if what you want to use will fit. My recommendation is to use a 4G63, for two reasons: 1- I don't mean any offense, but you don't sound quite as savvy as some others who may attempt a project like this, and the swap using the 4G motor has been done already so there will be way more info on what to do. 2- the 4g motor is WAY cheaper than both of the options you listed. I wish you the best, and hope you decide to run with us 8)

RB parts are not easy to come by. As far as 2jz swap in a mighty max, already been done by me. I did this swap like many other swaps to prove that it can be done. Wasnt a hard swap. Radiator core support has to be modified. I also done a 4g63 swap on a corolla. My heart is with a 4G63, but i do have to admit that the 2jz swap in a mighty max was fun project.

4g63 engines are easy to make power, very strong engine and reliable. As far as engine swaps, any thing is possible. Choice engines is a preference. Also depends on budget, power you want to make, and what you are trying to do.
