Unfortunately it's not an easy manifold swap.

You will need to cut the flange off and then weld on a 6 bolt flange, recommend then port matching the runners to the bigger 6 bolt head. If it were for the early 7 bolt (DSM), you would still need to cut off the Injector holes, weld up those spots and smooth the material out to bolt onto the head. Evos have the injectors in the manifold rather than in the head as the early 4g63s have them.

Same guy. I got out of the GVR4 a few years ago, but plan on swapping a 4G63 in my Quest...someday.
