what are the gear ratio for each? compared to each other. 1 2 3 4 5 reverse?

i personally hate the long 3rd gear in the quest. and was wanting a more even rpm for each gear shift. does the rx-7 have a more even ratio for each gear?

Getting the engine bolted in is about 10% of the way there.
The next 80% can go quickly with help and skill.
That last 10% takes about as long as the 90% that came before it.

i have a question about rear ends, is there a bolt in replacement for differnet gear ratios?

3.54, 3.90, 4.22, 4.66 ... that's a decent amount of options if you ask me.

are those bolt in rearend, or gear replacements, will the stock lsd fit in the other gears,

i have a conquest as a parts car, it is 4 lug with an open diff. are the axles the same and the diff, the same as my starion.

im just looking for easy options, for a quick change of gear ratios

I know for a fact that the 3.54 will (that's stock) and the 3.90 and 4.22 will work with the LSD. In fact, there are already several guys on SQC that are running 3.90 gears.
