6 to 7 bolts

Post by guancheastur »

Hello

i have a serious problem, i have to 4g63, one of them is a 6 bolts and the other is a 7 bolts, both are exactly the same block but when i try to fit the 7 bolts to my car, i found that the flywheel is smaller than in the 6 bolts so the starter don´t goes, can i change the crankshaft of anyone can says me in what car i can find a bigger flywheel of 7 bolts?

Thanks

You need to read more posts.
6 and 7 bolt engines do not share many parts. Your flywheel issue is simply AWD vs FWD ring gears. Just find the proper flywheel and you're back in business.
Do it in a Datsun!
