Injectors?

Post by marshal1979 »

I live in an emission control state. I am not sure what injectors to run.
I see guys runnin 510's up
I have big 16g, front mount, and most likely going with walboro 255

I was thinking of a few options but not sure what the effects would be on

A) driveability
B) emissions standards
C) Hp

options

A) 550cc
B) 680cc
C) 750cc
D) 850cc

Can anyone offer some input?

basically I have found 590cc is bare min for 300Hp and 880cc is bar min for 450Hp (these Hp ratings would be at the flywheel)

So the question stands- can I run 850cc or 950cc and run well tuned down to put out about 250-300Hp

economic yet good performance

The DSM link allows for toggle between maps so when a jackwagon in a vette or civic or whatever wants to go... we can go!

this def should have been posted in electrical- sorry

With DSMlink you can even make 1250cc's pass emmissions and let it idle like a stock motor.
I tuned some Bluemax 1250cc's for a friend of mine on his Gt35 powered 2G GSX
Puts out 580 whp and still passes emmisions and has a nice smooth idle.
