hey everyone - I got here through StarQuestClub and for some reason thought this was just for starion 4g63's. I'm just trying to learn about the swap, reliability, ammount of work, a guide, and etc. I did a little searching but the page isn't loading for some reason - sorry for a repeat question

What isnt loading?

This is for any RWD 4G63 stuff. Starions are pretty common though. That's what I did first.

There is no guide. You just have to do it ;-) and if you hit any snags come on here and we'll offer our support. Its not like putting an SR into a 240SX. This motor/head/intake manifold/chassis never was offered together so there are some complications that just need to be solved one at a time (and all at once).

Once done the swap is probably more reliable than the 2.6. That's just if you dont hit any deer, trees or trucks. Those 3 things hurt reliability.

Getting the engine bolted in is about 10% of the way there.
The next 80% can go quickly with help and skill.
That last 10% takes about as long as the 90% that came before it.
