Can someone please confirm that if I put a wideblock 4G64 in my Conquest that I can keep my power-steering and my AC.
I'm in Austin, Texas where we have 100+ days a year of 100+F degrees, I'm not giving up AC.
Thankx.

Measure the distance between the dowell pins on the bell housing for confirmation, but something is telling me its a narrow block.
roughly 12 inches is a narrow block, roughly 13 its the wide block
I have a narrow block in perfect condition for sale sitting here if anyone needs it. Cheap!

You can make everything work by using dsm p/s pump, alt, and ac compressor and the brackets for a dsm too. Im running a 2g dsm power steering pump and bracket. I made my own hp steering line and used the stock lp line to the resivoure. Works fine. If I got to a modded dsm intake mani I might put ac back in but with the sheet metal intake it's too tight for my liking.
