Currently sourcing a DOHC head + Loom, have found a 4g64 block, but need to go check it out before purchase.

Going to run a T3/T4 Turbo setup, aiming for at least 450hp.

Will take more photos and post as i go, will try write up a guide at the same time for anyone else wanting to do the conversion.

And ofcourse to mention how awesome this website it for the extra details i needed.

Cool truck. That is a LOT of power for that truck. Are you going tub the bed in order to fit some massive stickies?

Possibly, but not until further down the track. I like the idea of loss of traction, but the idea of not moving does worry me a bit.

Using a evo4 head.. 98 4g64 block..

Hey mate, I'm nearly done now. I'll post dn update and new pics asap. I didn't end up using the 4g64 as it as a pain. Got a station block with a 2.3 stoker kit. Evo 3 head. If your not very experienced it is a big job. Easiest thing to do would be get a starion engine, bolt it in and get it wired up by someone.
