where to get 12v feed?

so i like the idea of getting power to the DSM harness through the truck's fuse block, but im curious where to get the 12v sources (switched, constant, etc) for those wires? am i stuck just splicing into other wires that are already running into the fuse block? id rather avoid that if possible.

I installed a small fuesbox from Painless and ran the main feed off of the battery, works great.
