front brakes

Post by MightyMike »

I did a quick search and couldnt find anything on this so ill ask if anyone has done this before i throw some money at the idea.

will early 90s Montero brakes bolt on to a mighty max? I was looking and the spindle / hub setup looks similar, maybe the same, but i know the montero has a bigger rotor and dual piston caliper.

Same idea as upgrading the FWD DSM or early AWD to the "big brakes" that came on diamontes, galants, 3000gts...

I think they can be swapped over if you have 4wd. I don't totally remember, man I wish mightyd50 was still around.

I just wanted to share a possible way to find the information you are looking for through a really cool internet website archive called "WayBackMachine"

Here is a link to the entries that catalog MightyD50.com:

I hope this helps in some way.
