hey everyone. I have been lurking for a couple months now gathering all the info i can about this swap into my 87 starion wb. I found a 1g eclipse motor rebuilt with 8k on it, a PTE 60 turbo, and PTE 880cc injectors for 800$. I am pretty sure im going to pick that up. Now im tryin to decide which tranny to use. I am leaning towards the rx7 with the b2600 bell housing option if i can track one down. thats about all for now, i am starting this swap in two weeks once i get the car out of storage so i will prolly be posting alot since im going to have questions.

but anyways, hello all, and im looking forward to asking/answering questions.

I'd definitely go for that engine/turbo/injector combo if it's in good shape. However, the RX7 trans will not work with the DSM engine. The B2600 bellhousing is for a wideblock motor. Your options right now are Bill's bellhousings or the weaker KM132 from the Mighty Max/D50.
