D50 transmission gear oil

What weight gear oil for the D50 transmission to use? Also how many quarts?

I use a Amsoil series 2000 75/90w gl5 synthetic that you won't have to change for 3-5 times the regular change interval, runs cooler, and has a fantastic shear strength.

5spd-- 4.9pts 2wd and 4.7pts for a 4wd (2pts = 1qt)
