I just picked up a 92 TSI AWD parts car today. It has almost everything I need for the swap, and hopefully I'll be able to make enough money off of it to pay for what I still need, like a turbo, manifold, and exhaust.

well im looking for a car to replace my FWD talon tsi, i would like a AWD shell with a 4bolt complete chassis with suspension. like move my talon parts to another car. would you want to sell me it? what would it come with? how could of shape is it in? just a few questions

I'm near Chicago, IL. Not sure where you're located but I wouldn't mind if you're not too far. Right now I'm taking head, intake manifold, front cover, harness and sensors, ecu, thermostat housing, cooling fans, radiator and oil pan possibly, and anything else I need for the swap to my truck. My friend wants the short block and trans. The trans grinds when shifting, so he is just going to use it as a core. He also wants the fuel pump assembly, front bumper, and possibly rear bumper. I also need the hood, random trim pieces, and wheels and tires. It would be rolling on bad wheels and tires. It is painted primer grey, missing the spoiler, thermostat controls, dash is painted red, corner headlight ambers broken, windshield cracked, rear seat missing, and passenger door has been bondoed around handle which is missing. The seller can't find the title right now though. I'll see if I can attain it, but you may have to get a salvage title or something.

wow that would be quite a project to fix up... wit all that wrong well...right now ive got ALL those parts to replace the ones that are missing...ive got my complete talon tsi and i also got a salvage eclipse gs for parts so...it might be worth if i could get it for cheap idk how much u want for it? would it come wit all the drivetrain and transfercase? or no transfercase? is it a 4 bolt rear end? and umm im located in warrenville, IL rt59 / batavia road....near rt 59 / butterfeild rd (rt56) im mostly in it for the body suspension and drivetrain because i have all the rest i could just find a rebuilt awd tranny umm yeah ill send this a copy of this to ur email add. thanks for working things out maybe i could take the shell off ur hands for free

P.S. is there alot of rust hows the cancer?

well im pretty interested in it... i guess id have to come and look at it before i get it...maybe you could also send me some pictures...also im kinda torn :rolleyes: i really want a new project but im torn on between getting a starquest to start working on or get your shell....so yeah? [you wouldnt happen to have a nice starquest for sale would ya?
