Got Slowboy's newsletter today and looks they have a special on Wiseco pistons this week.
I checked the prices that I got from Summit last year. Looks like Slowboy is cheaper than Summit a year ago. Just letting you all know:

Slowboy Deal on Wiseco Pistons (4G64 w/ DOHC head)

Getting the engine bolted in is about 10% of the way there.
The next 80% can go quickly with help and skill.
That last 10% takes about as long as the 90% that came before it.

Hey DJ, I was wondering if since one would be ordering 'custom' pistons,
how hard would it be for them to just make one to use the stock rod so a budget would not have to get custom rods also?
I mean if all that has to be done would be move the pin, why not just do that?
How much of a difference is there between the stock 64 rod and the custom ones that are sold for these pistons slowboy is selling?
Thanks.. Errol
