Why do so many of one user's posts just say "aa"?

He got fed up with the swap, started being all shitty, then BoostinS13 (Matt) told him what was up and he went ape shit... they sold off the conquest, gave up on the swap, bought a DSM, and now Dave feels the need to come back and edit all his posts. He always had alot of time to post (more time for that than to help his buddy to put the car together). Oh well. I REALLY dont like to disallow people, but he removed important posts he made to the collective knowledge base, so that got him suspended for a year. (Burning books kind of shit).

Think he'll sign on a new name? Fine... as long as he signs on with a new attitude to go with it.

Getting the engine bolted in is about 10% of the way there.
The next 80% can go quickly with help and skill.
That last 10% takes about as long as the 90% that came before it.

I don't know this guy, but even if he gets pissed off with things, I don't see why he'd want to remove all the contributions he'd made.

To me, if I try something and fail (doesn't happen often, I only get 'delayed'), leaving useful stuff for other people was the point of the exercise!

Hope he does come back and fills in some of the holes, as it's a pain in the bum to read some of the threads now!

PS. - Did you not have a backup you could restore the posts from :P

Yea, that really sucks, he ruined many otherwise informative threads for other people. A real class act…

Too bad you didn’t catch him sooner :(.
