Quick question on my 4G63T conquest

Ok I am about ready to start my swap and i have one question concerning my tranny when i bolt it up, i am useing the D50 hybrid and my only question is will i need to mod my 4G63-T fly wheel to install a pilot bearing or will the pilot shaft on the tranny fit snugg enough, i just dont want my flywheel to chew up my pilot shaft, if someone could answer this for me i would be very happy, thanks
