If all the smog equipment is there, just take it to the ref and get a new label.

yep the wires look justa a tad bit off, the look at me blue caps on the 90 tb caught my eye, the wiring, the hole on the front timing cover. other than that its great to see a 4g63 the way it should be put in RWD. Goodluck with your projects, just go crazy on zipties black wire loom and more zipties, it should be good as stock.
I know a lot about everything, but i don't know anything about something

I agree with Turbotech7. The wiring is okay, but draping them across the motor is a bad sign. Not only for cops, but also safety. The blue vacuum caps are a giveaway. If you really want those to look stock, run vacuum lines under the intake and plug them there. Also the bright colors of the wire ends (ground wires on your coil) will raise a flag. Get rid of the plastic end and group them with other wires in a wire loom.

You don't need to make this a really tidy job like a wire tuck, but cleaning up the wiring harness is the best advice I can give. You did a great job with the plumbing, now just finish the rest of the engine. You might look at some pictures of stock engine bays to get some ideas as to how clean it needs to be. Mostly, I think just grouping the wires into wire looms will do wonders.
