Bill is busy as heck keeping up with the W55 / R154 / T56 and GM bellhousing kits. I doubt he will be developing an Evo bellhousing kit anytime within the next year.
We're also working on a front water outlet kit and a front CAS relocation kit which keep him super busy.

Getting the engine bolted in is about 10% of the way there.
The next 80% can go quickly with help and skill.
That last 10% takes about as long as the 90% that came before it.

There are quite a few RWD evo engines already. The spin clockwise just like every 4G6x since the late 70s (and probably older).

I think everyone got confused about the counter rotation idea from the turbo. Since the EVO 8-9 turbo sits the opposite way most other turbos do, Mitsubishi decided to reverse its rotation. The turbo shaft itself spins a different way than other turbos. Try looking for turbo kits for the EVO 8-9 and you'll see that they don't use many conventional turbos. The exhaust manifold mating flange is also very different from anything before or after.
Do it in a Datsun!

Great! Now sell the EVO parts (which are worth more than DSM counterparts), buy DSM parts and use left over money to pay for Bill's DSM adaptorramon wrote:the point is that I have a evo9 engine that has piston, rod, cams

need is the bellhousing.
Seriously, it isn't advisable to use anything just because you have it "sitting around"!
As far as power production, there isn’t all that much difference between DSM and EVO engines. Both are very good!
Also, do EVO 4-9 engines have bosses on the block for RWD motor mount? I know that 2G engines do not have them…
