I had the block decked when it was built. The water pump is new as well. When it warms up it starts building pressure. If I run it with the cap off You can see it circulating.

20psi while it's still warming up. If you drive the car and run it hard it will keep pushing until it overflows the coolant bottle. The rad hoses get rock hard but the car doesn't run hot and the thermostat is opening. The thermostat and the water pump are new as well. I used the eclipse waterpump.

is there anything special I need to do to eliminate the 1g cas sensor or can I just plug it on the back of the head. I saw the oil hole not sure if the sensor needs to be in there or at least the base of it. Thanks...

hey bill good info i'm working on a 4g64 have you tried this yet and does it work i'm going to use the front thermo and was going to feed my heater core from the rear thermo hole and plug the front holes and add the one in the rear.

yes it's complete running engine still in my quest till I get my 4g63/4. I also have a modified carivan intake for mpi settup and a stock 52mm throttlebody and intake from rc enginering.
