OK, I will take the shifter out and take a look. I am in Canada, and this was the first cold day of the year. I think that may have something to do with it. I don't think it is frozen, maybe it just didn't shift as it was supposed to because of the cold.

I'm new here. I just found this forum. I have an 83 Mitsu Mighty Max with a 2.3 diesel and the 4x4 KM145 tranny. I am not a mechanic, but I am not afraid to try and fix my truck, rather than pay hundreds to the garage.
