no not the b2000, it has to be the B2600 non fuel injected (not the b2600i) engine that the transmission comes from to work, and yes the B2600 is the same as wide block 4g6x engines, but is the 2.6 astron engine. you will need the flywheel also.

yes everything will bolt onto the 2.0 or 2.4 however mighty max come sohc 8v engines. so without different pistons the dohc head will not work. the easiest choice would be to get a complete long block out of a DSM and bolt it in place of your existing engine.
make sure you know whether you have a ...

front mounted CAS coupling options

Hey guys and gals,
I have seen a few cars with the 1g dsm CAS relocated to the front of the engine for RWD setup, so I got this great idea I need do this for firewall clearance since cutting my car is not an option. I have everything set up and in place, I am running a 12-1 trigger wheel so reverse ...

old turbo colts had this same 8v head, you could just get a sohc head off a galant 16v and slap it on, may require different pistons though. wide blocks and narrow blocks take the same heads. so even a dohc swap would work pending piston clearance.

mighty max and d50's were all 8v headed engines so pistons which when placed in a dohc setup (valves will not clear as there are no valve reliefs for them anyway) would yield roughly a 12:1 comp ratio.

for the record 6 bolt and early 7 bolt heads are 47cc chamber heads
evo heads are 43cc chamber ...

first you need to know if you have a narrow or wide block transmission, then that will dictate what option to go with. if narrow block transmission then just get a newer 2002 style 7 bolt 2.4 out of a Hyundai or KIA and drop it in. that easy (plumbing aside)
if wide block then you will need ...

the aluminum isn't that tricky so long as it's cleaned properly and prepped accordingly.
unfortunately your question has too broad, depending on size of welder dictates settings for the most part. however, don't take it to a shop, just put a craigslist add up asking for someone capable of welding ...

easiest way to answer is no because if it's the stock engine the b2600i was Mazda's 2.6 as it was fuel injected. now if it is just the b2600 pre-92 I believe then it would be powered by mitsubishi's 2.6 in which case a 4g63 would bolt directly in place.
is exhaust manifold on passenger side of ...

what are the "Great Wall" pickup trucks?
I didn't know the 4G6x ever came with anything other than Front sump?
very interested in more info on this, as I am in need of this as well since it could save me some fab time and materials.
thanks
