I also kind of wanna keep the motor 3 inchs off the firewall because then my shifter will be in the same position as before.

Well I know you can swap the 2600 motor in by using the 2600 motor mounts. But the 2600 is wideblock where as my motor is a narrowblock. I'm not sure if the narrow and wide have the same mounting or not. Do you?

So my b2200 blew a rod, I decided to buy a 95 TSI 6 bolt swap, car ended up needing more shit then I'd prefer to screw with, so after rebuilding the motor I've decided to stick this beast in the ol pickup. Swap 4g63 into 87 b2200

Anyone know what motor mounts to use when swapping a 4g63 into a b2200? Make new ones maybe? Will I need to cut the frame mounts off the truck or are they in a decent location?
