Big thanks to Tony and Bob Niemczyk, more baby steps made this weekend..... Picked up one of their RWD rear sump pans and pickup tubes from the dragster. Next step is mount the trans and check trans tunnel clearance then mount this bitch up. JMF drag manifold should be done soon as well.

Awesome to hear! I am in the process of putting together a notchback with a basic eagle/weisco 2.3 and either s362 or s366 and a th350. Good to know the strokers will build boost on the line with no n20.

Any chance you could shed a little more light on the converter you had made?

Awesome! Was this still using nitrous to spool on the converter?

Judging by the previous 1/8th times/mph and the 1/4 mph did you let off or is there some converter tuning to be done on the back half? Only 21mph on the top end, regardless awesome work!

I guess any progress is good progress, cut out the plates for my motor mounts tonight and drilled/fitted the block side mounts. Original plan was just to use the 2 horizontal holes on the pass side but I like triangles for strength so I made the plate bigger to incorporate the lower original front ...

I am still going to use the side motor mounts, Kevin Jewer cracked a block this year and is thinking it may be due to the mid-plate/no side mount design but I will take my chances and bolt the sucker down at every possible point lol.

As far as oil pan, plan is to make a rear sump with extended pick ...

Thanks guys, last night I took some time and started looking into mounting options. My friend Tony stopped by and he had a th350 Mid plate laying around his shop which he donated to the cause. Shockingly, it fits almost perfect between the mustang frame rails.

What do you guys typically use for the ...

Initially I had no plans to do anything besides paint the bay, but my buddy Victor talked me into welding all the holes. So we got them all covered. FORK FORD, no need whatsoever to have that many holes.

2.3 Stroker 4G63 92 Notchback project

Decided I would create my own build thread on here. I know there have already been a few Mustang 4G swaps started and Andy even finished his and ran 9's first time out, but these threads are always interesting. This idea came to me a few years ago but I never gave it much thought thinking I did not ...

What engine management are you using? I am assuming AEM but if it is Link I would love to know how you have the 2 step set up.

Awesome Car!
