This is how close to the firewall and brake booster
things will be. I also would have had trouble with
the water neck. Heck. I'd have to take the
motor out to remove the intake manifold, CAS sensor or
thermostat! It's just too much. And that is
when it is sitting nice and still in there.
Torquing around in there and being slung around corners
on race tires would put the aforementioned stuff into
some equally expensive stuff. Not cool. Because
of all of this, I have decided to move the motor forward
2". Moving it forward involves extending the
driveshaft 2 inches and making adapter plates for the
motor mounts. See the adapter plates on
