i was just wondering where or who i can turn to, to have this o2 housing made for me. or does anyone have one made already that you wanna sell??

Buy a flange and a mandrel bend to fit into that flange and fit it up and mark it. Also, you'll need to figure out how you're doing your wastegate. If you get it marked up, just about anybody with a welder could weld it all together.
Once I get Craig and Will's cars swapped this fall, I should have a jig made so I can make a batch of downpipes that will work with the stock engine placement, stock (or stock replacement) exhaust manifold with stock (or stock replacement) turbo and stock (or stock replacement) exhaust.

Getting the engine bolted in is about 10% of the way there.
The next 80% can go quickly with help and skill.
That last 10% takes about as long as the 90% that came before it.
