Mitsu...is HUGE! Remember WWII? The "Zeros" plane?
See the movie: "Too Big To Fail". Mitsu was there, to maybe...bail-out a failing bank.
More often...it is due to NEGLECT.
As in: failure to pull your oil dipstick, before...doing a drift or "donuts", etc. etc.
The ACT instructions...USED to have warning about super, HD clutches...
for a lil' while, then they removed that BS, cause it just ain't so!
However, ACT still says: "rebuild/replace your hydraulics...FIRST!"

Again...it's all-about STARVING your engine of LUBRICATION, most often!
A senior member, at i-x....was doing "donuts" for shits & grins, and spun the
#4 rod bearing. He then, checked his dipstick. It was quit LOW!
The thrust bearing, in a 2.6, gets oil BEFORE it goes to #4 rod bearing...
where it is, DEAD LAST, to be oiled.
And, turbocharged engines, are gonna eat a lil' oil....ANYWAY!
TIP: you buy gasoline...PULL YOUR DIPSTICK....NOW!
Psst, what about a slow oil leak, that wasn't there, the day before?
Btw, ANY Starquest, can do "donuts", so I'm never impressed by ANY
vehicle, driving like a momo!
