Those Nissan struts you have (if they're 280ZX) should support Toyota 4x4 4-piston calipers and Z32 4-piston calipers without modification. You can fit a 10" rotor without moving the stock mounting location.
I'm sure you won't need more than the stock 2 piston calipers, but who cares. I'm going to run Z32 (GT-R32) aluminum calipers just cause I can. But I also plan to do some track duty at some point in time. If I ever get this thing finished.

I thought you posted in your Project thread you were going to run a Nissan strut setup? Oh well. Those brakes should work great on a small car like that. Make sure you use a proper sized brake master cylinder and a proportioning valve for the rear brakes to maximize your setup. Have you decided what are you running on the rear?
