well I like those manifolds that were suggested but those are big bucks and I really dont need anything but a simple log manifold with a T3 flange

I have one of those ebay specials too but I'm looking at just using the flange at best and start from scratch with some 90 and t's to build a simple log ...

looking to see if anyone has made a top mounted turbo exhasut manifold.

Seeing that my swap into a datsun roadster has very narrow frame rails I can't fit easily the stock exhasut manifold that mounts turbo on the bottom.

I know that JGS has a DIY kit that is reasonably priced but just want to see ...

transmission came from the JY but is already cleaned up and ready to pulled apart or use as it,I did not run this trans, but if you were going to PNP to pull one this one is a better deal and cheaper and less hassle.

from looking at the pic it seems they are the same length, its the shifter location that I'm looking for, as far as strength goes, I think te w58 will be ok for my project as its a '64 datsun roadster so I can only put 225 underneath it and it only weighs 2000 lbs, plenty of power thru the stock ...

Is there any difference in length between the R154 and the W55/58 transmission?

I have a W58 from a '85 celica with the 22r 4 cylinder motor and right next to it a '90 supra with the r154 trans, just looking at them it looked almost identical as far as length goes but have yet to verify it.
