Thank you. That helps. After reading this, I did some more reading about that crankwalk issue. So they fixed this in the evo-7-bolts? What was the issue and how did they fix it. The donor block out of the galant sounds like a more feasable idea, however, not if It has issues with crankwalk. Can this ...

The 4g64 I believe has a taller deck height i.e., longer stroke, and i was hoping to use the 4g63 block with the 64 crank to get the stroker motor. Using the 64 block I don't think I would be able o get the compression level I want because I will be running verry low boost.

I think I may have been a bit confused. Let me try to redeem myself here. It seems the 4g94 (non-evo) is an entirely different motor all togather... right?

The question then would be is there a non-turbo 7-bolt 4g63 that maybe came in a different car(non lancer?) If so, can I use the DOHC head ...
