Running A/C with a 6 bolt

Hi guys

I have purchased a narrowblock 6 bolt Hyundai twin cam (G4CP) same as the VR4. I need to know,
1) What do you run to have power steering? The VR4 power steering pump? Because I have one.
2) What do you run to have air conditioning with this motor?

I can pretty much cover the rest. I have ...

Help with 4G64 + 4G63 Combo

I have purchased what I was led to believe is a 4G64 6 bolt 8 valve wideblock. Unfortunately the crank wasn't in it when I went to pick it up, so I can't verify that. I need to know if it is a wideblock or not and would suite the 4G64+4G63 head build for my starion.

Here is a photo with the ...

Using some basic math, its about 56 deg in that photo. But the problem is you drew the lines or someone else did, and its not accurate by any means.

Hey guys.

I am doing the DOHC conversion, with the 4G64 wideblock 6 bolt SOHC 8V block. I have 100mm Eagle Rods, and need to know what wiseco pistons will suit.

Would these suit?

About half way down the page.

On another note, the rods are the same, the pistons in the 64 are bigger, and the cranks can be interchanged BUT it will change the stroke length. 63 stroke in 64 block lowers it from a 2.4, and a 64 crank in a 63 block raises ...

It will prevent the belt from failing but your engine will become very unbalanced and usually cuts out around 5000rpm's. If both belts were removed (I know no oil...) Your engine will be stable. But no oil once again :p

It will be unbalanced because one balance shaft will still be spinning ...

You can tell it all by its crank. VR4 and Evo1-3 blocks had a 6 bolt crank. In that picture you can clearly see its a 7 bolt crank. Which means its a Evo4-9 block.

JM Fabrications can reverse the throttle body position at no extra charge. They are a good option.

No it wont. The flange to bolt to the head is wrong. But I believe you can modify it to suite.

You can always get a JM Fabrications inlet manifold, as they make them facing both ways.

If they are aftermarket, you can always ask them to reverse it, they usually do it at no extra cost.
