would a 4G64 2.4L Engine Block ,6 Bolt Rebuilt out of a Galant wrk out?

ok i have a 1989 starion (g54b) with 5 spd tran... now i also have a 4g63.. will the 4g63 bolt up with the tranny??? I read about the motor mounts and moving them 2 inches and stuff. but is that the core of it. will 4g63+stock tranny+2 inches in movement of motor mounts do it??
