94 Galant 2.4 DOHC

I'm considering swapping a 2.4 into one of my Starions. Is the 94 Galant DOHC motor a 6 or 7 bolt motor? I was planing on using the internals, head, and timing components from the Galant in a 2.4 mighty max wide block. Would this work? :?:
