Looks like it uses the cable setup. See across above the input shaft, it looks like its missing the levers for the cable setup.

Plymouth Arrow, Fire Arrow, came with two Motors for the USA

4G52 2.0l SOHC Chain Driven ASTRON engine family
G54B 2.6L SOHC Chain Driven SIRIUS engine family

Same Motors for Mitsubishi Sapporro or Dodge Challenger.
