Project Zero is back!

Good to see the forum is up and running again.
Wish I could say the same about my car.
I have pulled the motor down again to make sure the heat did not cause damage.
While she is in bits I am changing to stainless valves, some aftermarket cams and adjustable cam gears.
Should be running again within ...

So stainless valves are an overkill?
I am enlarging the exhaust valves,
so I will need custom ones made.

I have a 4G63 DOHC in my Starion (JB).
When rebuilding the engine, my mechanic
changed the coolent path by exiting the water
from the front of the head, to make things easier.
I have had problems ever since.
I drove the car for about 5000kms,
with overheating issues.
