I'm trying to figure out the easiest way to swap to dohc. What year heads should I look for or would an engine from a 94 galant gs bolt to my tranny or what engines would bolt right up to it. I've been reading so much info on here. And tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.

It was in the link in your other post.
You have a 7-bolt wide DSM style block (if it's the original engine). The easiest DOHC head would be from the 7-bolt (2g) turbo Eclipses or Talons as it bolts straight on to the block.
The Galant engine is a narrow block (as is all 90's+ front wheel drive Mitsubishi vehicles), so it will not bolt to your transmission. If you are set in using the Galant engine, you need to either get a manual transmission from an 80's Mighty Max with a g63b (4g63) engine or use a bellhousing that bolts to a nature block and a different transmission (detailed in the transmission section on this site).
The dohc eclipse heads are the same turbo and non. Since its now going on a bigger displacement engine larger cams would be beneficial. Since the valve springs are probably old and tired a new aftermarket set should be used. I would also use 3rd revision lifters and oil port mods.
Aftermarket cams can be purchased from many vendors. FP makes cams specifically designed for this type of swap. If that's really your next question though I don't think you fully understand how involved this swap actually is.
What year is your engine?
