In addition to the resistor pack,knock sensor, the n/t harness also uses a different mas air flow sensor, and as a result the n/t harness have a different wire connector for the mas, also n/ts don't have a waste gate solenoid.
you could get a turbo ecu, and rewire the n/t like a turbo dsm but it is pretty hard.
not impossible at least a handfuls worth of other people have done it in this manor.
